Audi PH boosts service team proficiency with 'specialized' training session

Audi Philippines further boosted the knowledge of its service team by way of specialized training sessions.

Designed to ensure that concerned team members are highly-adept in handling the brand’s locally offerings, the coaching series was led by Audi Technical Service Center in Singapore Product Support Manager Martin Whenlock.

In a statement, the company said that the recently-conducted training sessions were part of its commitment to "maintain the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction."

According to the Ingolstadt-headquartered marque’s local arm, the training tapped on several topics.

First, the Importer Process Analysis and Workshop Processes were thoroughly evaluated and updated in line with the 2024 process analysis topics. The aforementioned portion ensures that the Service Department operates with efficiency and effectiveness.

The session also placed emphasis on the Technical Service Processes for Importer Technical Staff and Workshop teams. The Process Coaching Workshop concentrated on Service Core Processes and included specialized instruction on the High Voltage Vehicle Reception and Fault Error process — a crucial area for electric vehicle (EV) maintenance.

Further, training also had a Technical Coaching Workshop that gave in-depth training on advanced diagnostic tools that would accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
