Level up your Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 with these add-ons

Early this month, Harley-Davidson of Manila introduced the 2021 Pan America Special 1250. Looking at it, the latest two-wheel offering already wears enough embellishments that would surely make adventure riding comfortable while being ruggedly handsome.

However, the Greenhills, San Juan-based local dealer for the American motorcycle brand has made available for pre-order some additional fitments to further complement the looks and capabilities of the recently launched adventure tourer.

Harley-Davidson of Manila Marketing Lead Janine Mae Olindo said that following parts are designed to give the 2021 Pan America Special 1250 a fiercer character while ensuring comfort to its riders.

"With all these add-ons that can be fitted to the 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America Special 1250, customers can further enjoy the outdoors with more confidence in terms of comfort and style," she told Carmudi Philippines.

Below are the parts that can be added to the 2021 Harley Davidson Pan America Special 1250:

• Pan America Aluminum Luggage and mounting system

Made in collaboration with SW Motech, these rugged aluminum top and side cases and their mounting system were designed and tested factory-quality fit. These parts have integrated handles, and a single key closes the cases and locks them to the mount.

Aside from durability and reliability, the Pan America Aluminum Luggage and its mounting system will not compromise motorcycle handling and leaning angle.

• Screaming Eagle Street Cannon Muffler

This gives the 2021 Pan America Special 1250 a deep sporty tone for its exhaust while reducing the overall weight significantly.

• Headlamp guard, radiator shield, muffler guard, skid plate

These are fitted to protect the abovementioned parts against impact that could break the parts while riding especially on unpaved roads. Further, it adds more character to the motorcycle.

• Tactical hand grips

According to Harley-Davidson, these hand grips are controlled with a military-grade resistor and utilize a thermostat to adjust heat output, relative to ambient temperature. Simply put: More comfort when twisting the throttle.

• Daymaker Auxillary Lights

This illumination offers a three-way function that will “serve adventure riding in any situation” when a headlight is not enough.

• Passenger backrest pad

While many already use the top luggage as a backrest, those who lean on it after a while might feel strained — moreso during long rides. To provide more comfort to those riding pillion, Harley Davidson offers this backrest pad for a more comfortable riding position. 

The starting price of the 2021 Harley-Davidson Pan America Special 1250 is at ₱1.4 million. Customers may pick among the four colors: Deadwood Green, Baja Orange/Stonewashed White Pearl, Gauntlet Gray Metallic and Vivid Black.
