Suzuki PH helps Typhoon Carina-affected customers with discounts on parts, labor

Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) looks to help its Typhoon Carina-struck customers by offering discounts on select parts and labor.

According to the local wing of the Japanese carmaker, the below parts are offered with a 30-percent discount:

• Engine Control Module (ECM)
• Anti-lock Brake System Control Module (ABS)
• Body Control Module (BCM)
• Supplemental Restraint System Control Unit (SRS)

Further, SPH noted that other technical parts affected by flood (except consumable parts) can also be covered — of course, subject to evaluation and approval.

The discount is available for non-insured Suzuki vehicles and insured vehicles without Act of Nature Coverage.

The cost of labor for the abovementioned services will be discounted by 10 percent.

“Suzuki Philippines understands that the recent Typhoon Carina has impacted a lot of Filipinos. The heavy rains caused significant flooding in multiple areas, greatly affecting communities,” SPI wrote in a press statement.

“As such, Suzuki Philippines is extending assistance for flood-damaged Suzuki vehicles by offering a 30 percent discount on select parts and 10 percent off on labor,” the company added.

SPI explained that the special discount on select parts can be availed until September 30, 2024. Meanwhile, the claiming of discounts is valid until December 31, 2024.
